libsparskit-dev software package provides A basic tool-kit for sparse matrix computations - devel, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsparskit-dev
libsparskit-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsparskit-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsparskit-dev *
You will get with libsparskit-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
